Long COVID can have devastating effects on the mental health of those who experience it due to social isolation, financial insecurity, chronic illness (both physical and psychological), caregiver burnout, and grief.

The primary goal of this guide is to expand the discussion presented in SAMHSA’s previous resources on trauma (Concept of Trauma and Trauma-Informed Care in Behavioral Health Services).

Aleta Meyer, ex-officio member from the Administration for Children and Families, is excited to share that the comprehensive report and briefs from the Human Services in Rural Contexts Study are now published and live. This is the culmination of the work ACF has been doing on rural for the past couple of years.
