The Pacific Southwest Region
The focus of this project includes rural areas within American Samoa, Arizona, California, Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, Federated States of Micronesia, Guam, Hawaii, Nevada, Republic of the Marshall Islands, and Republic of Palau. Pacific Southwest ROTA-R will provide Training and Technical Assistance to the 43 counties (within 4 states) and 6 jurisdictions.
