You are invited to participate in this survey because you have valuable information to help us determine what services to provide and how best to provide them in the region. We anticipate that it will take about 10 minutes to complete the survey.
The information you provide in the survey will be important in assisting the PS ROTA-R staff to prioritize and plan free training and technical assistance activities tailored to rural communities focused on prevention, harm reduction, treatment, and recovery services related to opioid/stimulant use disorders.
